
I know how painful it gets crawling on the floor and barely able to move.

It’s not something that can go away by some magic or tips or just by some exercise .. because in this situation in which a person survives sometimes gets saviour.
I too have survived from this pain it took me like ages to know what I know currently.
So I simply thought I should assist people like me. I hope my tips can be effective in reducing the agony.

So here we go without wasting any more time:
1. Drink only hot water {not extremely hot } or filtered water and different region contains different kind of mineral it might not be the right one for you.i would prefer hot water more because it will decrease pain in the body.
2. Eat simple food only which are easy to digest and doesn’t have masala, chilli, no sugar, milk & not even chicken. U can eat khichdi with no ghee u can add vegetable but it should not contain above things listed.
3. U can take shower with little hot water.
4. u can also place rubber bottle in belly to reduce the pain . U can also put it in your back to reduces the pain.
5.do some butterfly exercise when u have little pain in the stomach.it helps in starching muscles and in reducing leg pains.
6.meftal -spars or osra -spars meds to reduce your pain.
7.you can also massage your body with oil like tilli and mustard oil.
8. Eat hot food but not fast food.
9.never drink cold water at this time.
10.you can’t eat sour pickles and sour food to it’s extremely important that u stick to a simple diet.

If ur pain is not going off and you feel vomiting and loose motions rush to the hospital because you need injection as meds will not work on that time.
The meds. which I am advising you is something I have been using and if u feel vomiting after eating it for one time don’t worry its good after that you will feel better. And if u feel like vomiting again and again then you should run ….to the hospital.
